Three GC pics of, well, me (and others)

Before I forget, a few pics that ended up on Flickr…

Images by Mat, of course. A few more (just a few!!) are on the official Flickr feed for us.

A thing of power

D20 in the sun

Taken this weekend in mid-roleplaying session. I wasn’t even using the die, it just looked good in the light.

Very happy with how this turned out considering it was off my cameraphone.

The visa has landed!!

Still here, still drinking coffee

Just because I haven’t done one of these in a while.

And also to prove I’m still in the UK and still have that one-a-day habit. I know, what a wuss, right?

Expo is on

Yesterday: BRUTAL DELUXE.

Today: BRUTAL LEGEND.

Tropic Blunder: the pics

I know I ‘owe’ you a post about the event, but honestly… I don’t know if I want to talk about it. Suffice to say, many old faces were present, many drinks were drunk (but not that many) and good times were had.

To ensure this isn’t a complete loss for those of you who couldn’t make it though, I’ve made a Flickr set (which incidentally, resides on my newly minted ‘Pro’ account, so you can expect more images to make their way online over time).

Enjoy. Back soon.

What face?

20/09/08: Creative Concepts presents…

The soon-to-be-unemployed Creative Concepts team is very proud to present our swansong event… organised, as usual, with not nearly enough time. Continue reading

Saturday night’s alright

Just a quick one here. First things first: man, Judge Dredd does not age well as a film (it’s on TV as I type). Although I still do think the costumes are… kinda good, at times. Screw it, it’s an excuse for a picture of Stallone:

He is the Law.

Wait: did I say the costumes looked… good..?

Second: Saturday’s looking good, unlike that codpiece. We’ve got a couple of potential venues, all in easy walking distance of Brighton station. Also, we’re going to investigate the possibility of an all-nighter at a gaming cafe, which could negate the need for people to get a hotel, assuming you can stay awake… we should know more on that tomorrow.
